Production time and shipping time
Because each canvas is made to order, your total wait is production plus transit, not just transit. Production usually takes up to about four working days while your piece is printed, stretched, and packed. The delivery windows below cover that production step plus shipping, so they are the full picture from order to doorstep.

Timeframes cover production plus transit. Express options are available at checkout for most countries, and your exact total is shown before you pay. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the facility.
How your order is packaged
Canvases ship stretched and ready to hang, packed to survive the trip. Each piece is wrapped and boxed securely so the corners and printed surface are protected in transit. The saw-tooth hanging hardware and rubber bumpers are already fitted, so there is nothing to assemble. Open the box, and it is ready for the wall.
Returns and international
Returns
Each canvas is made to order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we reprint and reship at no cost. Email a photo to mail@luxurywallart.com within 7 days.
International orders
We ship worldwide from the facility nearest you. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient responsibility.
