Michel Colombe

Michel Colombe (c. 1430-1513) was a French sculptor considered the greatest Late Gothic sculptor in France. His tomb of Francis II of Brittany in Nantes Cathedral, created with Italian collaborator Girolamo da Fiesole, is one of the finest French Renaissance tombs and marks the transition from Gothic to Renaissance style.
