Born in Houston, Virginia, she studied at the Art Students League in New York under Daniel Chester French. Her garden sculptures and fountain groups depict children playing with animals and water.
Her Duck Baby and Turtle Baby fountain figures were widely popular and installed in parks and gardens across America.
