Ingeborg Plockross-Iminger (1872-1962) was a Danish sculptor who worked in the academic and naturalistic traditions. Based in Copenhagen, she created portrait busts, figure studies, and decorative works that reflected the refined craftsmanship of Scandinavian sculpture at the turn of the 20th century.
Plockross-Iminger exhibited at the Charlottenborg Exhibition and other Scandinavian venues. Her work shows the influence of the French academic tradition filtered through Danish sensibility, with careful attention to surface and a quiet, contemplative quality characteristic of Nordic art.
