
Ferdinando Tacca (1619-1686) was a Florentine sculptor, son and student of the prolific Pietro Tacca. He continued his father's work on bronze equestrian monuments and created the elaborate bronze decorations for the Chapel of the Princes in the Medici Chapels at San Lorenzo, Florence.
