Jean de la Huerta (active c. 1443-1462) was a Spanish sculptor who worked in Burgundy, completing the tomb of John the Fearless and Margaret of Bavaria at the Chartreuse de Champmol, Dijon. He carved mourning figures (pleurants) and other elements, continuing the tomb sculpture tradition begun by Claus Sluter.
