Simultaneous Windows (2nd Motif, 1st Part)

Robert Delaunay created the abstract composition from his famous Windows series, breaking light into prismatic color planes. The Eiffel Tower dissolves into geometric fragments of pure hue. Delaunay called his approach "Simultanism," exploring how colors interact when placed side by side.

This work marks a key moment in the development of abstract art. Delaunay abandoned representational imagery for pure color relationships. Displayed at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York.
