
Ludwig Krug (c. 1488-1532) was a Nuremberg goldsmith, engraver, and sculptor who created small-scale works in precious metals and stone. A contemporary of Albrecht Dürer, he produced medals, plaquettes, and carved gems in the refined Northern Renaissance tradition.
